Midland has a unique place in Western Australia’s history. In recognition of the city’s outstanding potential, it is being transformed into a vital new regional metropolis. Old buildings are being revitalised, under-utilised spaces are making way for exciting new developments and infrastructure is being overhauled.

Importantly, this all-embracing rejuvenation is being rigorously undertaken with a keen eye to preserve its unique character and culture.

Victoria Quarter is the latest addition to this redevelopment. It is a new generation residential quarter that offers a range of modern, new apartments and business premises combined with a café strip and stylishly landscaped open spaces forming a vital new urban village.

At the heart of MidlanD’s rejuvenation

Over $1 billion is being invested in Midland to redefine this historic city as the commercial and cultural hub of the emerging Eastern Residential Corridor.

As the city blossoms, it has attracted a wide range of Government infrastructure and development projects. These include the $360 million Midland Health Campus that will create over 1,000 permanent jobs and WA’s largest Police Operations facility housing a further 1,000 employees, amongst others.

This surge in activity has also caught the eye of many private developers including a $150 million expansion of the Midland Gate Shopping Centre and a large number of commercial projects.

It’s happening now and Victoria Quarter is in the heart of it all. This impressive new apartment complex will put you right at the centre of Midland’s new cultural hub.
